- Entries open on 1st November 2011 and close on 20th December 2011.
- Complete an online Entry Form.
- If you supply an email address for your Farm Owner/Employer, you do not need to send us an Entry Form. Their permission for your entry
will be obtained electronically.
(NB: Dairy Trainee of the Year entrants do not need Farm Employer's signature this year.) - All permissions must be completed no later than 31st December 2011. This applies to both posted entry forms and electronic permissions.

- Once your entry is complete (signatures received by post or electronically), you will receive an email from us with further details of your competition.
- Keep an eye out for this email in your Inbox (also check your junk mail folder, just in case).

- For Dairy Trainee of the Year and Farm Manager of the Year we just require a few photographs, details of which will be supplied with your email.
- For Sharemilker/Equity Farmer of the Year you will be asked to submit a copy of the annual accounts (2010/2011) for your sharemilking,
contract milking, lease or equity partnership business.
If in your first year, a budget and cashflow for the 2011/2012 year can be submitted. We also require a few photographs from you, details of which will be supplied with your email. - You will also receive details of the Judging Criteria for your competition and important dates for your region.

Early Bird Entry Prize Draw
One draw for each competition will be held on 28th March 2012 from all eligible entries received and the winners advised by phone. The winners of the three Honda XR125 DusterTM farm bikes will be posted on our website from 29th March 2012.
